Our story
For more than 50 years, the Budri Family has been committed to the research and working of natural stones and marbles. Gianluca Budri, leading Marmo Elite, seeks them all around the world, without fearing distances or discomforts.
An emotional philosophy that our logo, the White Lion, born from a huge 36-tons-block of white onyx, holds within and expresses at best. In order to find it, we traveled across the sea, visiting extreme locations with makeshift means till Gambil’s gorges. Once we arrived at the Iranian cave, the pure onyx White Lion emerged in front of us showing all of its beauty and pride, paying us back for all the efforts.

BEAUTY HUNTERS
The passion we put in our work pushes us beyond the limits: we won’t be satisfied of common materials offered to us by others, instead we are brave enough to overtake any limit, reaching where no one else did in order to find the best. We get our hands dirty with mud and dust to be the first to see what Nature brings to light. We go through exhausting trips, sometimes even hazardous, in order to be there when the blocks are extracted, to be there at the exact moment where the water flows above the stones revealing their colors, veinings and transparencies in all of their beauty. From the Blue Sodalite caves in the heart of Brazil to the white deserts of Iran, from the deep and dark caves of Palmir’s plateaus to the scorching moisture of central Africa: no place is too far or too difficult for Marmo Elite to reach. For this reason we consider ourselves Beauty Hunters.

We sell materials full of energy and elegance, capable of creating an absolute trending atmosphere of vibrating beauty in any environment: from private houses to hotels, from luxury boutiques to interior architecture.
The privilege of having preemption rights on the most important caves in the world, coupled with innate beauty-sleuth skills, allow Marmo Elite to commercialize exclusive natural stones and precious materials, ideal for many applications.

Our collection of materials is unique in the world. There is no catalogue that can contain it as it is impossible to delimitate the extraordinary and inexhaustible creativity of Nature. That’s why we have built our new Domegliara showroom, near Verona, extending the exhibition area with 2500 mq that welcomes the best possible variety of polychrome onyx and marbles.
Each piece is numbered, as unique and different from any other, and each slab can be identified thanks to the artificial intelligence. This way you can chose a particular piece, as a unique natural grain or a special nuance, that exists only on that unique block, has captured your interest. We will tell you then the detailed story of this slab, the entire journey from the quarry from which it has been extracted, to the day it has been cut.
The whole experience is then enriched and becomes more exciting thanks to the possibility to see the final applications of the materials in the various meeting rooms.
